Ernest is the Chief Executive Officer of TREA Host. He is responsible for TREA Host’s vision, strategic account oversight (Client Trusted Advisor), and setting the goals of the company.

Ernest received BA Hons Economics from University of Cape Coast in Ghana, B.A (Interactive design and web application) from ctca Cape Town Creative Agency, Cape town.

Ernest believes that success can’t be attained without hard work and has a passion for moving forward and thinking out of the box. Also, a photographer at TREA Concepts, he strongly supports the idea that software development outsourcing is not merely providing pure technical skills but also a service for the customer. He enjoys singing, table tennis, rafting, hiking, any activity that leads to nature and physics as well as any exploration that uncovers how things work.

John leads the business development and marketing efforts at TREA Host.

John graduated from the Koforidua Technical University and skilled in Procurement and International Relations. In his spare time, he enjoys chasing his toddler around the house, cooking and almost any sport.

Emmanuel heads the Project Management Office (PMO) and HR department of the company to ensure we have the best talent to create the best customer experience

Emmanuel comes from a diverse business background and his experience is in managing organizational operations and building corporate culture.

He enjoys traveling, swimming and cooking for family gatherings and parties. He received his BA Hons in Economics from the University of Cape Coast, as well as his Master of Business Administration from University of Canada.

Jim is a tireless seeker of knowledge, occasional purveyor of wisdom and also, coincidentally, a Web and software developer at TREA Host.

Jim has always been drawn to the overlap between design and development. His skills are broad: from UX to design, front end to back end development. He enjoys each aspect, and loves building sites & mobile apps from start to finish, for clients all over the world.

Jim has a BSc Information Technology degree and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering.
